The candidate should have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs, MongoDB/MySQL, Git, and cloud deployment. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, clean coding practices, performance optimization, debugging, and the ability to work independently on projects.
