Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC technicians in installing AC units, ducting, and ventilation systems
- Support maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work sites
- Clean and prepare job sites before and after work
- Help in checking filters, gas levels, and basic electrical connections
- Assist in dismantling and assembling HVAC components
- Follow instructions from technicians and site engineers
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required
