Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive for our authorized Ashok Leyland service dealership specializing in heavy commercial vehicles. You’ll drive sales of service packages, spare parts, and maintenance contracts while promoting our dealership’s expertise to fleet owners, transporters, and businesses in Chennai and surrounding areas. This role combines field sales, digital marketing, and customer relationship management to boost revenue and dealership visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including fleet operators, logistics companies, and heavy vehicle owners, through calls, visits, and networking events.
- Promote Ashok Leyland authorized services, spare parts, and extended warranties via targeted campaigns, demos, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for service bookings, parts sales, and maintenance contracts.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools; follow up on leads, service feedback, and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies, including social media posts, email campaigns, trade shows, and partnerships with transport associations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend pricing or promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and high satisfaction ratings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
