We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and passionate about helping businesses succeed through digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
- Present digital marketing solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing packages
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activity records
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and industry developments
Qualifications
- 4+ year of sales experience (digital marketing or agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Ability to understand client needs and present strategic solutions
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, Video Production and online advertising is a plus
