- Provide strategic leadership for the Mechanical Maintenance department and align maintenance objectives with overall plant and business goals.
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies, asset management plans, and equipment lifecycle programmes.
- Ensure adequate availability of spare parts, maintenance resources, and contractor management.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical equipment, including kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and other plant machinery.
- Plan, review, and approve maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals.
- Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centred maintenance programmes to maximise equipment performance.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and oversee plant shutdowns, overhauls, major maintenance activities, and equipment upgrades to minimise downtime.
- Identify and execute cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives without compromising safety or reliability.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Projects, Electrical, Instrumentation, Safety, Procurement, and Stores to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Lead the development, mentoring, and succession planning of maintenance managers, engineers, and technical teams.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
