Position Summary
The Sales, Billing & Administration Executive will be responsible for showroom sales support, customer interaction, billing operations, inventory coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
Billing & Accounts Support
- Generate invoices, sales bills, and delivery documents.
- Maintain billing records accurately.
- Assist in payment follow-ups and collection tracking.
- Coordinate with accounts for daily sales reporting.
Administration
- Manage showroom documentation and filing systems.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and customer communications.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate inventory updates.
- Support management in preparing reports and business correspondence.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of billing software/Tally or ERP systems is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Prior experience in sales, administration, or showroom operations will be an advantage.
