Personal Secretary (Healthcare & Personal Administration)
Position: Personal secretary
Preferred Candidate:
- Preferably 35–40 years old
- Prior experience supporting CXO-level executives, HNIs, or senior professionals
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and well-organized
- Comfortable handling confidential personal and financial information
- Looking to re-enter the workforce or seeking a flexible part-time role
- Must be based locally and willing to travel for in-person meetings and errands
Work Arrangement:
- Part-time retainer model
- Offline meetings 1–2 times per week at the client's residence or preferred location
- Remaining coordination to be handled via phone calls and WhatsApp
- Must be available on-call during working hours for urgent requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing personal documentation and administrative tasks
- Coordinating and filing tax returns for the client and family members
- Scheduling and managing hospital appointments and health-related follow-ups
- Running document-related errands and handling submissions/collections
- Coordinating with accountants, hospitals, banks, and other service providers as required
- Managing reminders, records, and miscellaneous personal errands
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
