Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ENT Surgeon to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, performing ENT surgical procedures, and ensuring high standards of medical practice.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders.
- Perform ENT surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, and ear surgeries.
- Conduct patient examinations, review medical history, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Prescribe medications and recommend non-surgical treatments when required.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.
- Handle emergency ENT cases and provide on-call support as required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and medical ethics.
- Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology).
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- Strong clinical and surgical skills.
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience:
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in a hospital or specialty ENT centre will be preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
