Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates across various roles, including executive and campus recruitment.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently and track recruitment metrics.
- Conduct thorough interviews, leveraging strong communication skills to assess candidate fit and potential.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on employment & labor law compliance.
- Source candidates through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Kronos for talent acquisition insights.
- Lead employer branding initiatives on social media platforms to enhance our talent attraction efforts.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist in employee evaluation processes to support onboarding and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS; experience with HRIS systems like SAP or UltiPro is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management, research techniques, and lead generation strategies for effective recruitment pipelines.
