Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, attendence staff and site engineer and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and efficient.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Experience with office equipment and administrative software.
- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
