Job Summary
The Showroom Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales in the retail store. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is organized and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new products.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are properly arranged.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Support billing and payment processes when required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
