*Qualification:*
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
* Experience in OD, PMS, HR Business Partnering (HRBP) or Talent Management
* Healthcare experience preferred. Candidates from IT, BFSI, Manufacturing or Consulting with strong OD experience are also encouraged to apply.
*Compensation:*
*Salary commensurate with qualifications, experience, and current CTC.*
