- Create and optimize CNC programs for horizontal/vertical boring machines using G-code and/or CAM software (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Set up tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters to ensure accurate machining.
- Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to programs or machines.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain CNC machines and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and reduce cycle times.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Programmer should know CNC boring machine, VMC VTL etc machines Programming Knowledge.
