Robusto Lift is looking for an energetic Scouter to join our Navi Mumbai team. In this field-based role, you will be our eyes on the ground — identifying new construction sites, upcoming projects, and potential business opportunities for elevators and escalators. This is a great entry point for a fresher who enjoys being out in the field and wants to grow into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across assigned areas to identify new and under-construction building sites.
- Collect details of builders, developers, contractors, and site decision-makers.
- Record site information (location, project stage, contact details) and report it to the sales team.
- Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in the region.
- Build initial rapport with on-site contacts and gather requirement information.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and update it regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups on scouted leads.
Requirements
- 12th pass / Diploma / any graduate (freshers welcome).
- Good local area knowledge of Navi Mumbai and surrounding regions.
- Comfortable spending most of the day in the field.
- Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
- Basic smartphone skills for recording and sharing site details.
- A two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license are mandatory, as this is a fully field-based role.
