Job Title: Finance Head – Airline Industry
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance for airline operations. The role will drive financial performance, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and operational costs.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Manage airline revenue, fuel cost analysis, and expense control.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with aviation, tax, and financial regulations.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Requirements:
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in aviation, travel, or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, treasury, taxation, and compliance.
- Expertise in ERP systems and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
