Dainmart India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and passionate Footwear Designer to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of footwear trends, materials, construction, and consumer preferences, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative footwear collections for men, women, and kids.
- Research global fashion and footwear trends.
- Develop sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs.
- Select materials, colors, trims, and components.
- Work closely with product development and manufacturing teams.
- Create prototypes and review samples for quality and fit.
- Improve designs based on testing and market feedback.
- Ensure products meet brand, quality, and cost objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, Leather Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in footwear design (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing sports, casual, lifestyle, or fashion footwear.
- Understanding of sustainable materials and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of international footwear trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience working with factories or sourcing teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
