- Performance & Quality: They are responsible for writing clean code, cross-device optimization, debugging, and continuous testing to ensure application security and speed.
- Agile Collaboration: They act as a technical bridge, working closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
