Job Summary
Top-10 Retail Pvt. Ltd. (Dev Marketing) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners of the Top-10 Mobile Shop.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai to visit the Top-10 Mobile Shop.
