Job Description – Site Assistant Surveyor (Real Estate)
Position: Site Assistant Surveyor
Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Surveyor in conducting land and site surveys.
- Support building marking, layout marking, and boundary demarcation activities.
- Help in setting up and handling survey equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, and measuring instruments.
- Take field measurements and record survey data accurately.
- Assist in preparing survey reports and maintaining site records.
- Verify site dimensions as per approved drawings and layouts.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams during survey operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety of survey equipment.
- Support day-to-day site activities related to land development projects.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of land surveying and site measurements.
- Understanding of real estate layouts and plot markings.
- Ability to read basic survey drawings and layout plans.
- Willingness to learn Total Station and Auto Level operations.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites.
Educational Qualification:
- ITI Surveyor / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate with interest in Surveying.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of survey instruments and land measurement.
- Interest in real estate and land development projects.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
