Key Responsibilities
* Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, references, and networking.
* Guide clients through the property buying and investment process.
* Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and deal closure.
* Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Own vehicle is mandatory for client meetings and site visits.
* Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Professional, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
