- Brand & Content Creation: Create engaging marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, while ensuring all materials align with the institution's branding. [1, 2]
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine recruitment strategies and boost lead generation. [1, 2]
Admissions & Lead Management
- Inquiry Handling: Serve as the first point of contact, responding to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and walk-ins. [1, 2]
- Application Processing: Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, which includes processing application forms, verifying academic credentials, and assisting with admission tests. [1, 2, 3]
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospective student interactions and follow-ups in the institution's CRM software. [1, 2]
- Counseling: Conduct informational sessions and interviews to persuade and guide candidates on program suitability. [1, 2]
