We are looking for a Customer Support Desk Executive to assist candidates who contact the support desk with queries or issues. The executive will assess each candidate’s concern, provide the appropriate solution, and ensure the issue is resolved effectively. Training will be provided to help understand the support process and problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend calls, emails, or messages from candidates seeking support.
- Assess and understand the candidate’s issue or query.
- Provide accurate guidance and solutions to resolve the problem.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain proper records of candidate interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure candidates receive timely and professional support.
