Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to teach students in Grades I to V. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters language development, creativity, and critical thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Assess, record, and report students' progress regularly.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Encourage creative writing, storytelling, reading habits, and language enrichment activities.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Foster respect, collaboration, and effective communication among students.
- Manage classroom resources efficiently.
Student Development
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide appropriate interventions.
- Promote confidence, creativity, and independent learning.
- Support the social and emotional development of students.
Parent Communication
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide regular feedback on student progress.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding academic and behavioral development.
School Responsibilities
- Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and school initiatives.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Perform duties assigned by the school management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English / Literature or related field.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- CTET/TET qualification preferred.
- Master's Degree in English is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Experience teaching primary grades (I–V) preferred.

As per qualifications, experience, and school norms.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (as per school policy)
Joining: Immediate / As per requirement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
