We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales operations by managing customer inquiries received through the company's website and various online platforms. This is a backend role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, comfortable working with digital platforms, and capable of effectively engaging with prospective customers before transferring qualified leads to the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries received through the company website and other online lead-generation platforms.
- Interact with potential customers via calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer interest and purchase intent.
- Share high-potential and qualified leads with the Sales Team for further discussions and closure.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, customer interactions, and lead status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth customer experience.
- Monitor online platforms regularly and ensure prompt response to customer queries.
- Generate and maintain reports related to inquiries, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate websites, CRM systems, and online platforms efficiently.
- Good understanding of lead qualification and customer engagement processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Support, Lead Management, Inside Sales, or a similar backend role will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the Sales Team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
