A Shed Construction Engineer manages end-to-end on-site assembly of industrial, commercial sheds (steel framing, pre-engineered buildings, or PEB). They ensure projects meet safety rules, budgets, and deadlines.Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee steel framing erection, cladding, and roofing installation on-site.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols and ensure structures comply with local building codes and wind/load standards.
- Vendor & Crew Management: Coordinate with contractors, equipment operators, production team and material suppliers for timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect raw materials (e.g., structural steel, panels, concrete) and check overall structural integrity.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial shed fabrication, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), or steel structure construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Tekla, or STAAD.Pro) and reading complex blueprints.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities on-site, and clear communication.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹620,193.86 per year
