Job Summary:
We are seeking an operational-heavy, target-driven, and highly disciplined Center Manager (Branch Head). You will take complete ownership of the branch's profit and loss (P&L), day-to-day operations, clinical compliance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a "mindsetter" who can maintain strict administrative control while motivating a diverse team of Doctors, Therapists, and Customer Relations Officers (CROs) to hit ambitious revenue lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Business Growth: Drive the branch to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Actively monitor the lead pipeline, optimize conversion rates (specifically Hair Transplants and skin procedures), and promote payment flexibility options (like EMI conversions).
- Operational Discipline & Auditing: Enforce strict adherence to company policies, including biometric attendance, punctuality, and real-time software logging. Conduct daily/weekly audits of client registries, billing, and software entries to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Team Leadership & HR Coordination: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of doctors, technicians, front-office executives, and CROs. Lead daily morning briefings to align team goals. Coordinate with HRD for recruitment, leave management, and conflict resolution.
- Customer Experience & Patient Journey: Oversee the end-to-end patient journey to ensure premium service quality. Proactively handle patient grievances, escalate billing/technical issues, and protect the brand's reputation.
- Stock & Asset Management: Monitor clinic inventory (medicines, consumables like Ethiglow Facewash, clinical tools) to prevent stockouts or wastage. Coordinate with vendors and head office for technical maintenance of clinic equipment (like POS machines and surgical gear).
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing a high-revenue center or clinic.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven management and auditing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.
- A firm yet motivating leadership style.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, conflict resolution, and immediate staffing/operational shortages.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
