We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Head to lead our social media content production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scripting, and executing engaging content ideas while coordinating with videographers and clients to ensure high-quality content creation that aligns with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities : Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media platforms.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to create engaging content.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign concepts.
Script Writing & Content Planning
- Write compelling scripts, storyboards, and shot breakdowns for reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Prepare detailed shoot briefs and content execution plans.
Shoot Coordination
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and creative team members during content production.
- Guide video shoots and ensure creative concepts are executed effectively.
- Manage shoot schedules, locations, and content requirements.
Client Communication
- Conduct content planning discussions with clients.
- Understand client requirements and transform them into creative content strategies.
- Present content ideas, scripts, and campaign concepts for approval.
Required Skills :
- Content writing and scriptwriting abilities.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video marketing.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
