Experience: 7–10 Years
Required Skills & Expertise
- Pattern mounting on CI (Cast Iron) match plates for machine molding operations.
- Designing and providing appropriate gating systems for castings.
- Metal pattern correction, modification, and maintenance.
- Pencil grinding and finishing work on patterns and core boxes.
- Drilling and fitting operations as required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and casting requirements.
Specialized Experience
- Extensive experience in pipe fitting patterns.
- Expertise in shell core box correction, modification, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of foundry processes, pattern development, and casting quality requirements.
- Ability to identify and rectify pattern and core box defects to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, modify, and repair metal patterns .
- Mount patterns accurately on match plates for molding production.
- Develop and optimize gating and feeding systems.
- Perform inspections and corrections to ensure pattern accuracy and casting quality.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
