Manage large scale and volume of content to be delivered within agreed timelines
Adept in creating digital, micro and byte size learning content that aids in retention of learning with vernacular ability.
Manage and build capability of a large team to enhance their productivity and efficiency in response to the business requirements.
Design, develop and implement sales content:
- That prepares distribution teams to differentiate from competition products and bring out Max Life edge to help increase conversion and case size
- In line with long term business and LD strategy of the organization.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders at senior level to understand their business challenges and identify training needs to develop content in congruence with individual, functional and organization needs.
Play a pivotal role in identifying areas for content development for Digital and Virtual Training Programs in addition to Instructor-led Training based on business requirements
Design a learning and development framework that fosters the use of standard processes, cost-effective methods, and that is open to innovation and change
Work closely with business partners for the conceptualization and implementation of the various capability building initiatives
Continually measures the effectiveness of the learning solutions implemented and take corrective action to improve the same.
Provide the learning edge by continually researching and upgrading training content, tools and practices leading to higher effectiveness of learning solutions provided
