An MSI LAPTOP Brand Store Sales Representative is a frontline retail role focused on driving hardware sales, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. Representatives act as brand ambassadors for Micro-Star International, helping customers choose optimal gaming laptops, desktops, and PC components.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Consultation: Explain product features/benefits to shoppers and convince customers to confirm their purchases.
- Customer Inquiry: Follow up on customer inquiries in-store and provide detailed product advice tailored to user needs.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the in-shop ambiance, product displays, and demo units clean, updated, and orderly on a daily basis.
- Event Support: Assist with in-store marketing activities, including product launches, gaming gatherings, and promotional events.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers on basic hardware troubleshooting, specifications, and gaming performance capabilities. [1]
