About the Role
Manjaly Infrastructures is seeking two organized and efficient Sales Coordinators to support our growing business development team. With 30 years of excellence in the construction industry, we place a high value on smooth operations and clear communication. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that leads are tracked, client inquiries are managed promptly, and our sales team has everything they need to succeed in delivering our "Manjaly" quality to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Support & Coordination: Assist the Business Development Managers in preparing quotations, project proposals, and sales presentations.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update the sales database, tracking leads from initial inquiry through to conversion.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional service.
- Documentation: Prepare and process sales contracts, work orders, and internal project documentation with high attention to detail.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and highlighting key performance metrics.
- Inter-departmental Liaison: Coordinate between the sales, architectural, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Scheduling: Organize client meetings, site visits, and team briefings to keep the sales process on track.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a customer-facing role within the construction or real estate sector.
- Organization: Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
- Professionalism: A proactive and helpful demeanor, capable of maintaining the high professional standards of Manjaly Infrastructures.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
