Grey Hawks Media is looking for a PHP Developer who wants real-world exposure to backend development and is serious about building strong fundamentals in PHP and web development.
This role is for people who want to learn by building, not just follow tutorials.
What you’ll work on:
- Writing and maintaining PHP code for websites and internal tools
- Assisting in backend logic, forms, and data handling
- Working with MySQL databases (CRUD operations)
- Integrating APIs and third-party services
- Debugging issues and improving existing code
- Collaborating with frontend, design, and marketing teams
- Understanding how backend systems support real business use cases
Tech you’ll work with:
- PHP (Core PHP required)
- MySQL
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding)
- REST APIs
- Git / GitHub
- Basics of hosting and deployments
What we’re looking for:
- Basic knowledge of PHP and backend concepts
- Understanding of databases and data flow
