- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment.

- Maintain and troubleshoot laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, hydraulic and mechanical presses, welding equipment, compressors, and material handling systems.
- Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor machine performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and external service providers during maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance documentation, service records, and machine history are maintained.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical maintenance items.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery and equipment.
- Review machine manuals, drawings, and technical specifications for maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company maintenance policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and equipment performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
