As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the engine behind company's growth identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into long-term partners. You'll work closely with our IT, SEO, content, and Ads account management teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals that matter.
Preferred candidate profile
- Identify and prospect new clients across industries via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Prepare and present tailored IT/SEO/digital marketing proposals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company guidelines
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth on-boarding for new clients
- Track performance metrics and report weekly to the growth lead
- Represent the company at industry events and online communities
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
- Solid understanding of IT, SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising
- Excellent communication and presentation skills written and spoken
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable with cold outreach, objection handling, and follow-up
- Hands-on with CRM platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Experience selling IT, SEO retainers or performance marketing packages
- Existing network of marketing managers, brand heads, or agency buyers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
