Position Summary
The HR Manager will oversee the complete HR function for the Bangalore Regional Office, including end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement and regional HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end recruitment.
· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and job portals.
· Conduct HR interviews and coordinate interview rounds.
· Issue offer letters and complete onboarding.
· Maintain attendance, leave and HRMS.
· Coordinate payroll inputs.
· Manage confirmations, promotions and exits.
· Resolve employee grievances.
· Coordinate performance appraisal.
· Ensure statutory compliance.
· Support office administration.
· Prepare HR MIS reports.

Eligibility
· MBA in HR or PGDM (HR).
· 5–8 years HR experience.
· Minimum 3 years in Outdoor Advertising (OOH) industry is mandatory.
· Regional office handling experience.
· Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
· Knowledge of compliance and payroll.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Mandatory Requirements
· Outdoor Advertising (OOH) experience is mandatory.
· Immediate joiners preferred.
· KEKA HRMS preferred.
· Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
