We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle incoming customer inquiries for our JDA & RERA-approved real estate projects in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide and convince prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
- Explain project features, pricing, and location details.
- Schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status.
Requirements:-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Jaipur locations and major areas.
- Ability to build trust and convince customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
