About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Sushant Lok, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent space planning skills, and hands-on experience managing residential and/or commercial interior projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Create space planning, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Supervise project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Mentor junior designers and support team development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max (preferred)
- V-Ray/Lumion (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material specifications
