Studybase is looking for Tech support to join our team. You will be responsible for creating reports, designing and training customers. Provide customer support for technical inquiries by phone, email and online chat. To evaluate the customer requirements and act accordingly. Deliver reports on time to customers, Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction. In addition to this, majorly handle the software support calls from the clients to solve the queries related to reports.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for technical inquiries by phone,email and online chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions
- Manage customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction
