- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools to track and manage support tickets.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to onboarding and human resources systems.
- Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
