Position: Customer Success Specialist
Location: Ahmedabad

Client: Mobile App based toy library
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Understand client goals, expectations, and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and support throughout project execution.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate internally for quick solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Follow up on ongoing tasks, deliverables, and client feedback.
- Maintain proper communication records and reports.
- Track client interactions, project status, and escalation points.
- Prepare weekly/monthly customer success reports.
- Identify improvement opportunities in customer experience processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Account Management, or related roles.
- Experience in B2C/D2C, startup, or service-based environments is a plus.
