US IT Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on W2 requirements within the US staffing industry and possess a solid understanding of various IT technologies and skill sets. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality talent.
Candidates with experience recruiting for Data Engineering roles and supporting Big 4 clients will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based IT positions, with a primary focus on W2 hiring requirements.
- Analyze and understand technical job requirements and effectively communicate client expectations to potential candidates.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Create and optimize Boolean search strings to identify highly relevant candidates across multiple sourcing platforms.
- Conduct detailed candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, work authorization, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Collaborate with account managers, delivery managers, and hiring teams to understand hiring priorities and recruitment challenges.
- Ensure timely submissions and maintain a high level of responsiveness throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter.
- Strong experience working on W2 requirements.
- Excellent understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology.
- Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong expertise in creating Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Data Engineering roles, including technologies such as Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, AWS Data Services, Kafka, and related technologies.
- Experience supporting Big 4 client’s or similar enterprise-level accounts.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, and modern data engineering ecosystems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
