Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and sales-oriented Inbound Sales Agent to handle customer inquiries from our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and phone calls. Your primary responsibility is to convert incoming leads into paying customers while providing an excellent customer experience.
This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales through consultative selling.
- Recommend suitable Bioleather products based on customer needs.
- Answer questions about pricing, materials, customization, shipping, and order status.
- Follow up with potential customers who have not completed their purchase.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding orders and customer requests.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales conversion targets.
- Escalate customer complaints or technical queries when required.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (Hindi is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or inbound sales.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
