Role Summary
We’re seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Developer to build high-quality, scalable, and performant web interfaces using React/Next.js and modern tooling. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features using React.js / Next.js with TypeScript.
- Architect reusable components and scalable UI patterns.
- Implement state management with Redux Toolkit (or equivalent).
- Integrate REST APIs and real-time data via WebSockets where needed.
- Optimize performance (code-splitting, lazy loading, image optimization).
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.x) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write and maintain tests (Jest/React Testing Library/Cypress).
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of professional frontend experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, ES6+.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit (or similar state management).
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap and responsive design.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web performance best practices.
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
Nice to Have
- Testing frameworks (Jest/RTL/Cypress).
- Accessibility expertise (ARIA, WCAG).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Vercel/Netlify.
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
