About the Role
USR Power Lubricant is looking for an energetic, result-oriented Sales Officer / Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in West Bengal. If you have a passion for sales, experience in the automotive lubricant industry, and a knack for building strong business networks, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Network Expansion: Identify, pitch to, and appoint new dealers and distributors in your allotted territory to expand our market footprint.
- Brand Promotion: Actively promote USR Power Lubricant products to mechanics, retailers, garage owners, and commercial fleets.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent market visits and relationship building.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture enduring, long-term business relationships with existing and newly appointed partners.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands to provide feedback to the management.
Allotted Territories & Divisions
Candidates will be assigned to specific regions within the following divisions in West Bengal:
West Bengal territories [Medinipur Division (5 Districts): Bankura, Jhargram, Paschim Medinipur, Purba Medinipur, and Purulia & Presidency Division (5 Districts): Howrah, Kolkata, Nadia, North 24 Parganas, and South 24 Parganas]
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience specifically in Automotive Lubricants or the auto-components industry.
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the automotive retail network, garages, and spare part dealers in the specified districts.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Assets: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily market visits.
- Mindset: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Perks & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
- Allowances: Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) provided to support field visits.
- Incentives: Earn a 1% incentive on all sales after achieving your minimum baseline sales target (uncapped earning potential based on performance!).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
