Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to support our real estate sales team. The role involves calling prospective clients, providing information about real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits to help drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
- Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with sales executives for lead closures
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic customer questions
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
