About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to handle financial processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities
- Maintain payroll records and salary processing support
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial documentation
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries in ERP/accounting software
- Generate MIS reports for management review
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting functions
- Knowledge of payroll processing and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
