Job Role: We are looking for a Retail Sales Officer for our Tanishq franchise store. The candidate will be responsible for attending customers, explaining jewellery designs, and achieving sales targets while maintaining Tanishq service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the store
Explain jewellery designs, Gold/diamonds details, and pricing
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
Build long-term relationships with customers
Handle billing support and basic documentation
Follow brand guidelines and service standards of Tanishq
Eligibility:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Retail / Jewellery sales experience preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may apply
Skills Required:
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Presentable, polite, and confident personality
Sales-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge
