Summary
JLL Technologies is seeking an experienced Analyst/Project Coordinator for IT Configuration Management to join our Global Configuration Management team within the Digital Workspace Services group. This full-time position will support a global environment of approximately 60,000 Windows workstations, including about 600 AWS Workspace virtual environments.
This role is responsible for managing and documenting hardware and software requirements, as well as coordinating projects related to system changes, updates, and implementations. A key aspect of this role is leveraging modern AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, generate documentation, and provide data-driven insights.
Analytical and Technical Responsibilities:
System Analysis: Analyze system requirements and dependencies to support design and recommend appropriate actions.
Problem Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve configuration-related issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
AI-Enhanced Efficiency: Utilize generative AI tools like ChatGPT to accelerate tasks such as:
Analyzing system outputs to quickly identify anomalies and potential root causes.
Creating first drafts of knowledge base articles and system requirements.
Documentation: Create, refine, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system configurations and operational procedures.
Auditing and Compliance: Monitor and audit systems to ensure they adhere to established standards and compliance requirements.
Project Coordination Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing configuration management projects, ensuring timely delivery of services.
Task and Deliverable Tracking: Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure that deadlines are met by team members.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between IT teams, developers, and project managers to align configuration management processes with business needs.
AI-Assisted Project Coordination: Employ AI tools to improve project management efficiency.
Resource Coordination: Assist in coordinating resources, including team members and vendors, to ensure project tasks are completed effectively.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to configuration management processes
Primary Contact: Troubleshoot complex end user issues; coordinate with team members, support teams, and vendor (as needed). Escalate as required.
Maintain Technology expertise: Stay current with emerging technologies and leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) where applicable to enhance efficiency and security.

Mandatory Technical Skills & Competencies
In-depth experience with data analysis, using available data extracts (strong Excel skills), Power BI dashboards, and other tools as necessary.
Must be able to identify priorities, develop plans, be comfortable contacting other teams, and drive results. Follow up and status reporting is a must.
Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Experience and proficiency with AI chat tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms.

Preferable Technical Skills & Competencies
Experience using ServiceNow to create and manage support tickets.
Experience/familiarity with application deployment methodologies and configuration management best practices.
Experience with data handling and report creation from various sources like SCCM/MCM, Intune, AD, and JAMF to Microsoft Power BI and other reporting platforms.
Experience working and communicating directly with Executive Leadership.
Experience working with global, distributed teams is a plus.
