You will split your time between sourcing top talent, boosting employee engagement, and executing creative marketing campaigns to build our employer brand and market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment Support: Source potential candidates, screen resumes, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Onboarding Support: Help prepare orientation kits and coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Plan internal company events, team-building activities, and workplace culture initiatives.
- HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate employee databases and updating HR records.
Marketing & Employer Branding
- Content Creation: Design visual assets and write copy for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) to showcase company culture.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and launching promotional campaigns, webinars, or recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and competitor strategies to optimize target audience engagement.
- Event Marketing: Promote and support internal or external corporate events across digital channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Creativity: Basic experience with design tools like Canva or video editing platforms is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to handle confidential HR data securely.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
