- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive prices and payment terms for F&B, operational supplies, and services.
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of goods, implementing strict "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) inventory rotation to minimize waste.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Finance Department to meet budgeted food and controllable costs.
- Maintain a current approved-vendors list, audit deliveries for quality and quantity, and process invoices in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure all storage and handling procedures meet sanitation and safety standards as outlined by brand guidelines and local regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
